[vCO] Problem with SNMP trap interpretation by vCO

Hi,

I follow this procedure to automatically set VM parameters with Orchestrator :

The goal is : after a new VM is created, an alarm previously set, send an snmp trap from the vCenter to the vCO and vCO execute a workflow on the new VM the set needed parameters.

I follow the entire procedure but it never works.

The trap is send by the vCenter and received by the Windows Server which host the vCO service (captured with Wireshark) but it seems that vCO doesn't translate the trap.

When i launch the workflow manually it's ok.

I checked that the policy which is in charge to wait for a snmp trap is started but no way ..

Has someone already meet this kind of problem ?
