vRO Logging Problems

I am using vRO version 7.0.0.3310137 with Java VM version 1.8.0_91.  Upgrading the version of vRO is not an option at this time. 

 

Here is my problem:  When executing a workflow, in edit mode or not, the Logs pane does not update in real time.  At one point it did.  Now it doesn't.  I am not an administrator of the vRO/vCenter/ESXi servers, so I do not know if any patches were pushed out.  Pressing 'F5' refreshes the application, but the content in the 'Logs' pane does not show additional content as the workflow is running.  Pressing the purple <-- --> log page buttons will show more content, but once you go beyond the final log page, the message 'No more logs found' appears and the 'Previous log page' button does not take you back to the log pages.  Instead, you must reselect the current log level from the dropdown at the top of the 'Logs' pane to start viewing the logs again. 

 

Here is my question:  Is this behavior common?  Is something client or server-side misconfigured?  Or is there something wrong with my vRO server?
