I have been struggling for days now to try and develop some somewhat complex workflows and get them to be useful along with performing well. They are fairly useable once the form finally gets displayed but even in my most stripped down version of these forms it is still taking around 30-45 seconds for the form to load which feels like an eternity and would eat up a lot of time if one needed to do this activity 30 or 40 times a day. I was hoping to possibly give the forms a snappier feel buy using some user interactions but it seems like that is not viable as they pop up after the initial submittal of the workflow and unlike the vCO web views a pop up window does not appear for me. I'm hoping I am missing a step which might allow for this pop up to be exposed in the vSphere web client.
