PowerCLI SnapIn won't Load in Orchestrator

I'm unable to add the PowerCLI snapin to a workflow.  I'm using the "Invoke a PowerShell Script" workflow.

I start it and select my host, then it shows me the available snapins to add.  I choose "VMware.VIMAutomation.Core" and it says "(Loading)" but never loads.

Any ideas?
