Creating a SQL database for Orchestrator

I'd like to create a SQL database (Not SQL Express) for Orchestrator for a test enviornment.

Is there a simple step-by-step to do this geared for non-sql admins?  There is a script to create the vcdb database for vCenter server but I don't see any script or any step-by-step for creating the SQL database for orchestrator.
