create Cluster workflow by orchestrator

I was trying to create Cluster in Orchestrator. It ask folder path to create cluster when i create new folder and assign it to "Create Cluster" workflow.

VcFloder path is assigned to createCluster Function i.e. VcFolder.createCluster(string,VcClusterConfigSpecEx)s

cluster is created successfully but i want to create cluster in Datacenter w/o folder. is there any method to add cluster directly to DC.
