SSO vCO Permissions

Hello,

     I am trying to modify permissions for specific users, but when I try to add permissions, I cannot select any group/users to add, nor can I delete the original group of user permissions. I am using SSO Authentication and it appears that only one domain\group can log in. Is there anything I can do to customize permissions with SSO Authentication?
