vCO server Malfunction: "Starting vcod failed", and "plugin error"

Hello folks,

We encountered an abnormal running error of vCO 5.1.0, this vCO appliance is installed on SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 (64 bit).

When I restarted the server from the console,  I got this:

(every time when I try to start the vco service, I have to go to the console and run "./orchestrator.sh", I know I could do this from the configuration startup options, but it does not work)

The vcod was not started, but usually I would receive all green here.

In the configuration page, everything seems normal:

Finally, it takes a huge amount of time to start vCO, and within it I could not expand vCenter or Active Directory Inventory, saying "plugin error"

in the meantime, exception thrown out in the console reads:

The workflows can still be triggered from web view, and do their jobs, but the whole thing seems very unstable.

Any insight into this mess will be much appreciated.
