Error while adding powershell host

Hi,

I have added powershell plugin in vCO.

While adding powershell host through workflow I am getting error message

Can't validate host:  Invocation of script $host threw exception (Dynamic  Script Module name : addPowerShellHost#15)

Any idea what goes wrong??
