Edit script configuration workflow from Guest Script Manager not displaying existing script contents

Hello,

I have 2 orchestrator environments (test and production).  Both appliances are version 7.1.0.19044 Build 4276164.  In my production appliance, when I run the Edit script configuration workflow from Guest Script Manager - the script content is never displayed in the Script Content text area of the Script display group for any of the 13 scripts I have previously added (in production).  I know that the scripts are there - when I run workflows that use the scripts, the results of the scripts are evident on the guest - but I can not view the script to edit it.  I have since been able to recover all but one script from the test environment... but for the one outstanding, I now have a script that exists in production, but I can't recall it to edit it, and have no existing copy elsewhere  :-o

Any ideas why the Edit script configuration workflow from Guest Script Manager works as advertised in my test environment (meaning, the script content is always displayed in the Script Content text area of the Script display group) and not in production?

The only distinction between test and production that I can speculate would be:

- In production, I've been experimenting with Workflow locks as an extra control.  (I've since cleared any workflow locks that I'm guessing might contribute).

- It is possible that the Guest Script Manager as installed in production is the result of a package export from test to production, as opposed to an outright Guest Script Manager package install in production.  Perhaps this is contributing?

Any suggestions that allow me to save the one script I can't source (yet believe to exist) and remedy my inability to view scripts and edit in production are most appreciated!  Is there any way to reach into the database and find out what scripts are actually there?  (Using the appliance embedded PostgreS, FYI)
