Developing plug-ins for vRealize 7.0

Hi

I am trying to use Eclipse for developing a plugin for vRO 7.0. The official vRO plugin-SDK page suggests that the SDK is packaged with the appliance for version 7.0. How do I download the SDK? Is the location of SDK within the appliance mentioned somewhere?
