Problem with SOAP Plugin work

Hello, everyone.

I'm have a problem with adding host to my vRealize Orchestrator 7.0.1 version (Soap Plugin 2.0)

I' work with  workflow "Add a SOAP host": set a wsdl uri - https://srv-omnitracker.domain.local/OtWS/v1.asmx?WSDL , then choose ntlm authentication  and set username, password and domain.

When i start my workflow, i see an error:
