Applying Permissions to created VM folder in workflow

I may be lost, so please excuse me, but I'm trying to figure out how to assign permissions for an ADUser and existing role in vCenter to a vm folder I've created in a workflow.

I've created a workflow that gets all the folder, creates a new folder in the structure, clones the VMs from the first folder into the second folder, and now I want to apply permissions so specific users I'll take as input on the workflow can access the now cloned VMs.
