vRA showing 'connection time out' error on calling a workflow in vRO (version 6.0.1 both)

Hi there,

I am changing the connection timeout and operation timeout from vro for the vcac host but when I request a catalog service in vRA , its failing with 'connection timeout' error and the processing time hasnt really changed. Do I have to restart vRA service or vRO service or server to make it (time changes) in effect?

I
