vCO-vCD : Brief out of sync

Hello,

We are facing issues where we are seeing that in one environment a deleted VM in vCD does appear as deleted in vCO. However in the other even after deleting, when we run a flow to pick a VM, the VM is still in the inventory. A couple of questions here:

- What could be the cause?

- Are there any vCO refresh API calls that we can use to get over these issues and have our code perform consistently across all environments?
