issue of vRO plug-in for vCD (KB2132977)

Hi, as someone know, there is the following KB article:

To resolve this issue, upgrade VMware vRealize Orchestrator to the same version or higher than the VMware vCloud Director instance it is managing.

Does this mean "Orchestrator Plugin for vCloud Director" rather than "vRealize Orchestrator"? If this is correct, can the following combination be resolution for this issue?

First of all, the plug-in ver 5.5.x doesn't probably cause this issue according to "Product Version(s):" of this article.
