I am attempting to use a vCO action to populate an ASD form search field, and seem to have hit a road block. Ultimately, I would like a user of the form to start typing in the search field, and have results matching the typed letters returned to allow for selection. Imagine if you will the Active Directory search (AD:User). As you start typing a user, the options for selection are returned.
I am currently using an action to query a SQL database. This query is being populated by a custom attribute on the business group. I need to extend this query to rely on user input via a search box, rather than a static value being pulled from the business group itself.
Can this be accomplished?
