Export Import multiple workflows, configuration from vCO 5.5 standard install ro vCO 6.0.3 Appliance

Need help in Export Import multiple workflows, configuration from vCO 5.5 standard install ro vCO 6.0.3 Appliance. We are planning to upgrade but i am little new script.

Is there any easy way we can as we have multiple large number of workflows. Please provide info.
