Dynamically detect CPU/RAM hot-plug support

Hi all,

I can programmatically detect whether CPU / RAM hot add/remove features are activated or not using the VirtualMachine.config structure.

Now, I would like to detect if these features are supported before attempting to activate them on a given VM (while the VM is stopped).

Is there a way to do this programmatically?
