Anyone have any workflows for configuring or updating vCenter Alarms that they might want to share with the class?

I am getting started no creating a workflow that would update or reconfigure vCenter alarms and thought I would check and see if anyone had anything along those lines you might be willing to share with the class?  Would hate to re-invent the wheel if it was not necessary.
