Unable to use any csv export actions

Hi,

I am trying to export some reports to local disk (vco C:\ ) with a workflow. So I just started with some simple test and I keep getting the following error.

Permission denied on file 'c:\test\test.csv' , write not allowed

The action that I am testing with is exportAllWorkflowsToCsv

The action requests csvPathandName which I have input c:\test\test.csv

I have a vcentre server windows based with the VCO running on the same server

Server is Win 2008R2 SP1

VCenter Server 5.1

VCO 5.1.0 Build No 2725

Do I need to modify windows permissions or how do I resolve this issue ?
