Location of logs on server

I tend to use System.log frequently in my workflows so I can trace what's going on when I have to troubleshoot. When vCO is open, it's easy to see the log as part of the workflow token. Is there an easy way to see the logs when vCO is closed?

I'm running vCO on Windows and I thought I came across log files with this info before but can't seem to find it anymore. Right now I look at the logs via the vCO config web page but it's hard to read due to all the other info in there. Is there any easier way to view the logs?
