Hi,
I have installed some of the vco plugins like PowerShell 1.0.4, vCAC 6.1.0, AMQP 1.0.3 etc and after installation I restarted the vCO service but still it is not installed properly and showing the installation status as "Will perform installation at next server startup".
I restarted the service multiple times but again it is showing the same message. 
I am unable to figure out what is wrong, please help me to figure out the problem and resolve the issue.
