Set ClusterDasVmSettingsRestartPriority for VM

Does anyone know of how we can set the HA Restart Priority for a VM? I will have cluster, VM, and new value of priority (Low, Medium or High). Can't seem to find way to set the new value. ClusterDasVmSettingsRestartPriority
