Organizational network NAT rules

Dear all,

we have environment with following configuration:

Picture 1:

In this scenario every VM gets public and private address through vApp network Edge.

Problem (and limitation) in this scenario of vCloud Director is that you cannot have two ranges of public addresses defined under external network. vApps Edge cannot have two public interfaces.

So we have to switch to:

Does anyone know how to automate this from orchestrator. In this scenario you have to preallocate public addresses and subalocate external IP pool to create NAT rule on organizational Edge.

Have anybody have this arcitecture and orchestrate it? I would appreciate some advices, even theoretical ones since I dont see easy way to orchestrate this? (first scenario automatically create NAT rules and automatically allocate public addresses).
