Orchestrator Multi-Site Design

Hi Team,

I need some guidance on a vCenter Orchestrator multi-site design. I have 3 sites and Central Site. Each site has a vCenter deployment managing the local ESXi hosts. Two options I can think of -

1) Central vCO in the Central Site and then run workflows over the WAN to respective vCenter systems

2) Site specific VCO and a Central VCO Multi-Node which can invoke the site specific worklows ?

Option 1 is less management overhead however needs to work over the WAN and I am not sure on what are the best practices and the latency vCO can tolerate. I have checked the latest documentation and the only guidance available is with respect to Database servers.

Any thoughts ?
