guest script manager package - Powershell error

I am running a PS script post vm creation. The script completes 1/2 way and keeps exiting and getting the error below. PS running on Win2008R2 with PS version 2. The OS handle's position is not what FileStream expected. Do not use a handle simultaneously in one FileStream and in Win32 code or another FileStream.
