VCAC 6.1 plugin on VCO 5.5.1

I am having an issue with the vCloud Automation Center plugin will not load in VCO...  vCloud Automation Center 6.1.0.2073620 Will perform installation at next server startup.   This will not go away no matter how many reboots of the appliance.
