NAA ID for RDM

Hello,

What I am trying to do is try to find the NAA ID for an RDM volume that a VM is using.  When I search the MOB I am able to find something of what looks like the NAA ID by going to the datastore -> datastoreinfo -HostVmfsVolume -> HostScsiDiskPartition and the diskName is a NAA ID.  I can also get to it by Cluster/Folder --> "Domain" Object (e.j domain-s576) --> Host object (e.g. host-578) --> configManager --> storageSystem (e.g. storageSystem-578) --> storageDeviceInfo --> plugStoreTopology --> device(s) which shows the same NAA ID with the Fiber Channel ID.  My first question is can I be certain that the NAA ID that I get from the first way (the datastore -> datastoreinfo -HostVmfsVolume -> HostScsiDiskPartition and the diskName is a NAA ID for the RDM)?  Second question is there a better way that I should map the RDM volume to the VMDK and NAA ID >
