Excluse Datacenter from Workflow

Hello to All,

i have workflow that delete all the snapshots that old than 3 days in all my datacenters.

i want to exclude 2 datacenter from our 20 datacenters.

i configure "no-access" permission to user that set the vcenter in "vmware orchestrator configuration" but when i start workflow that delete snapshot i saw that snapshot deleted.

there is solution for that?
