This is the 2nd time vCO seems to have lost contact with vCenter since upgrading to vCO 5.5.1/vCenter 5.5U1 a few months back. Basically everything is running fine and suddenly, a few minutes after my last successful workflow run, the next one will fail because vCO seems to lose access to vCenter. My workflow is called successfully from an external app but it never actually does anything (and 10 minutes earlier than same workflow, called the same way, was fine)
In the admin console for vCO everything is green but when I login to the vSphere web client, I don't see any vCO servers listed. If I restart the vCO service it seems to fix the problem. In the vCO logs I see nothing about any communication errors.
Anyone ever see this? Is there any other logs I can check to see what might have happened?
