Lack of plugin workflows.

Hello,

I have just completed the installation and configuration of a fresh VCO 5.5 appliance, but when I log into the client I am failing to see any of the plugin related configuration workflows that are referenced in both the documenation and the configuration webpage.

Here is a list of the installed plugins that are in place.
