I have a group of users in an AD group I want to be able to execute a particular workflow. These users are NOT ADMINS but accounting dept people.
I created a perspective but I cannot get perspectives web view to allow anyone else in except the Vmware admins. I just get:
Unable to connect
You have no access to the webview.
I can see when I edit the webview that the group is set correctly but I wonder what else could be blocking logins at this level.
Any ideas if what I am doing is possible?

Update:
I figured out that the account dept had to be added as view only at the top and then execute on a few key actions and on the workflow itself.
The information was in with the vco log in
c:\Program Files\...etc...\vmo\log\server.log
I failed to scroll to the right to see the vital recommendation to add as a view at the top level. Time for a bigger screen 
Can anyone comment on any security recommendations as I think these users now can log in to vco and view everything and there are many things I would rather hide where possible.
