Problems Adding a Folder to Workflow

I very new to vCenter Orchestrator and I completed the installation 4 days ago.  My problem is functions are grayed out in Orchestrator.  For ex.  If I want to add a new folder for a workflow the option to add a folder is grayed out.  If I need to add a new workflow this function is grayed out.  The account I'm using to login is part of the vCO admin group and I have tried granting access rights to the vCO admin group in the workflow section.  However, everything I seem to do to correct the issue does not work.  Any information anyone can provide to correct this issue would be greatly appreciated.  Below is a screenshot of what I see when trying to add a folder.
