Can vCO send a client SSL cert to a SOAP service that requires it?

Hopefully the subject is fairly self-explanatory.

I have a SOAP service that I need to connect to. It doesn't require authentication but it does require that connecting clients (e.g. vCO) supply a valid client SSL certificate. As expected, when I try to add the SOAP host I get SSL handshake errors.

"Received fatal alert: handshake_failure (Workflow:Manage SSL certificates / Get URL certificates (item0)#14)"

Is there a way to add a client certificate to vCO that would enable me to get past this?
