executeWorkflow PHP example

Hello,

I've been searching and searching for a PHP example using the executeWorkflow to start a workflow in orchestrator via the SOAP API. I found http://mighty-virtualization.blogspot.se/2011/05/php2vco-how-to-establish-webservice.html which is talking about passing just one parameter to the script, the executeWorkflow is using multiple input parameters or attributes, and that is not covererd in any example i've found.

Anyone got an idea or example code?`
