Orchestrator - Send Email from Output

I'm new to Orchestrator and I'm just trying to set up a few basic workflows.

I'd like to use the getAllWindowsVMs workflow to send an email to me with the results. I set this up, but got an empty email. I guess I'm not sure exactly what getAllWindowsVMs produces and how you get that content to be sent in an email. Can anyone help me with this?
