Provision 'Custom Resource' vCAC 6 Plugin

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way you can provision a Custom Resource (created in the vCAC Advanced Services Designer) from a vCO workflow? Failing that, is there anyway you can run Service Blueprints from vCO - I've noticed that these don't show as blueprints in the vCAC plugin.
