How to enable High Availability with two vCO & two vCEnter

Hello

I have two vCenter server taking care of two Different datacenters, Each vCenter server have it`s own vCO configured. These two Datacenters are in DR using SRM.

i am try make these VCO as highly available since both VCO are pointing to same DB server.

According to documentation, the vCO should have common DB and identical configurations, in order to do so,

I am adding both vCenter server to both vCO and design my workflow accordingly but two vCenters  are not getting added to the vCO portal.

I wanted to know is my approach to configure vCO in HA in case of DR, is correct? if not what should be done to make it in HA
