[0002] user is not authorized - vco 5.5 w/sso windows integration

I have instaleld vsphere 5.5 in a test environement and can login fine with my domain credential and administrator@vsphere.local accont. However, when I try to do the same in vco, I get "[0002]User 'name' is not authorized." I get this even with trying to login as Administrator@vsphere.local.

Anyone have any ideas? It's fully integrated and registered.
